Learned counsel for petitioner submits that though there is requisite compliance of the order in question but in terms of order dated 30.01.2024 passed by this Court, while dealing with the contempt petition, petitioner has not yet received the documents in question.

Para-3 & Para-4 of order dated 30.01.2024 are as under: - "3. Responding to the same, learned counsel for the respondent submits that the reconstructed document containing the original stamp with the endorsement „True Copy‟ has been filed in the Registry of this Court.

4. The Registry of this Court is directed to send the physical copy of the said affidavit along with document filed by the respondent, to this Court on the next date of hearing, so that the same can be handed over to learned counsel for the petitioner. A photocopy of the said affidavit along with document filed by the respondent, shall be retained by the Registry of this Court." 3.

It seems that needful could not be done as there was some objection pointed out by the Registry.

Be that as it may, instead of directing the Registry to send the aforesaid documents as mentioned in Para-4, copy of the affidavit along with copies of the documents filed by the respondent can always be handed over by the Registry to the learned counsel for petitioner/petitioner in the Branch concerned.

Permission in this regard is granted. Needless to say, as directed already, photocopy of such affidavit along with set of the documents, as submitted by the respondent, shall be retained by the Registry. 6.

If required, Registry shall be permitted to take assistance from the Standing Counsel of GNCTD in whose presence the aforesaid order was passed so that there is due compliance of the aforesaid directions. 7.

With the aforesaid observations and in terms of the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, present petition stands disposed of.
