% 27.08.2020 This hearing is conducted through Video Conferencing. CM Nos.20613-20614/2020 Exemption allowed, subject to all just exceptions. W.P.(C) 5706/2020 The present writ petition seeks limited relief. It is the case of the petitioner that a withdrawal order was passed by respondent on 4.9.2019. The said withdrawal order was challenged before this court in W.P.(C) 10441/2019. This court on 25.9.2019 allowed the writ petition and quashed the withdrawal order dated 4.9.2019 and remanded the matter back to WRC for re-examination. The WRC is yet to pass a final order.

Grievance of the petitioner is that all consequential steps to permit the petitioner to participate in the counselling for the current Academic Session

have not been taken by the respondents. It is stated that appropriate changes have been made on the website of the respondents but communication to the concerned affiliating university/Department of Higher Education, State of Madhya Pradesh have not been issued.

Let the respondents take the aforesaid steps, namely, informing the affiliating University and the Department of Higher Education, State of Madhya Pradesh forthwith.

Petitioner will be allowed to participate in the counselling for the current academic year.
