After some hearing, learned senior counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition and avail of the statutorily prescribed appellate remedy against the impugned order dated 03.03.2025 passed by the adjudicating authority in O.C. No. 2442/2024. 2.

It is submitted that since the present writ petition was filed on 17.04.2025, the appellate authority be directed to favourably consider the petitioner's application for condonation of delay that shall be filed alongwith the statutory appeal. It is assured and undertaken that the appeal shall be filed within a period of 2 weeks from today.

In the circumstances, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to avail of the prescribed appellate remedies. The appellate authority is requested to consider the request of the petitioner seeking condonation of delay.
