The accused/applicant, involved in case FIR No. 737/2024 of PS Bhalswa Dairy for offence under Section 21/29 NDPS Act for possession of commercial quantity of heroin was granted interim bail by the learned Additional Sessions Judge till 19.04.2025, which was extended till 21.04.2025 but he did not surrender and extension application was dismissed vide order dated 21.04.2025. Till date, the accused/applicant has not surrendered. Besides, learned APP has shown me the previous involvement record of the accused/applicant reflecting his involvement in number of other cases as well.

The present application of the accused/applicant seeks "interim bail".
