% 10.12.2019 Petitioners are seeking protection from respondents No. 4 to 11. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for State informs that the dispute inter se parties is essentially a property dispute and parties are in the habit of raising fingers on each other. However, protection required will be provided to the petitioners and assures that fair investigation shall be carried out.

Let Mobile number of Beat Constable, Division Officer as well as SHO be provided to the petitioners forthwith so that in case of an exigency, petitioners can contact the concerned officials. In view of above, learned counsel for petitioners does not press this petition.
