This petition has been filed by the petitioners under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of directions to the police to protect the life and personal liberty of the petitioners and provide the police aid as and when called for by the petitioners. Respondent No.3, present in person, submits that he has no objection to the petitioner No.2 living with petitioner No.1. As such, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition. 3.
