% 27.08.2020 CRL. M.A. 11694/2020 and CRL. M.A. 11695/2020 (exemptions) 1.
Exemptions are allowed, subject to the condition that the petitioner will file the duly sworn/attested affidavit and the certified copies of the annexures within 72 hours from the date of resumption of the regular functioning of this Court. Court fee, if any, be also filed within one week from today.

The present application has been filed seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No. 589/2020 registered under Sections 307/324/341/34 IPC at Police Station Paschim Vihar, Delhi.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. He submits that even as per the
allegations made in the FIR, it has been stated that there is a dispute on the payment of instalments of committee between the complainant and the petitioner's brother. Further, no specific role has been assigned to the present petitioner although she was involved in beating the complainant. The injured has suffered a stab wound and the present petitioner is neither accused of catching hold nor stated to have given any stab injury. 3.
Learned APP for the State has opposed the bail application. On specific query, on instructions, it has been submitted that the petitioner is not found involved in any other case.

Looking into the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that no specific role has been assigned to the present petitioner, it is directed that in the event of arrest, the petitioner be released on bail, subject to her furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned I.O./Arresting Officer and subject to the following conditions :- (i) The petitioner shall not leave the NCT of Delhi without the permission of the I.O/SHO.
(ii) The petitioner shall remain available at her Mob. No. 9354844388 which she undertakes to keep operational at all times during the trial and in the event of change of her residential address or contact details, the petitioner shall promptly inform the same to the I.O./SHO as well as the concerned Court. (iii) The petitioner shall join the investigation as and when required.
(iv) The petitioner shall regularly appear before the Trial Court as and when the charge sheet is filed.

With the above directions, the present application stands disposed of. 6.
