2. Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the appeal of the Petitioner has been pending before the Commissioner of Customs (Appeals) since 18th April, 2019. According to him, the goods in question are perishable in nature and if the appeal is not taken up at an early hearing, it may be rendered infructuous.

3. In these special circumstances, the Commissioner of Customs (Appeals) is requested to take up the Petitioner's appeal for hearing as soon as possible and dispose it of not later than 30th June, 2019.
