The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent/MCD to process the application of the petitioner for sanctioning of addition and alteration of building plan for property bearing No. 61, Banarsi Dass Estate, Timarpur, Delhi.

Ms. Shilpa Dewan appearing on behalf of the respondent/MCD on advance notice submits that the petitioner is required to file the said application online and in the event this application is filed online, the MCD will decide it as per applicable law.
