The present petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the CrPC seeks the following prayers: "(a) Issue a writ / order / direction of mandamus or such other or similar writ / order / direction of similar nature directing the Respondents to set aside or quash the LOC dated 15.03.2017 issued by the Assistant Registrar, High Court of Delhi; (b) Issue a writ / order / direction of certiorari or such other or similar writ / order / direction of similar nature declaring the LOC dated 15.03.2017 to be bad in law and without due authority; The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. (c) Issue a writ / order / direction of quo-warranto or such other or similar writ / order / direction of similar nature directing the Respondents to explain under what authority and / or whose directions the said LOC dated 15.03.2017 came to be issued; (d) Grant costs of the proceedings to the Petitioner; (e) Grant such other and / or similar relief as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and just in the present case."

Learned counsel for respondents no. 1 and 4 submits that the Look Out Circular dated 14.03.2017 issued against the petitioner stood closed on 04.02.2020. The aforesaid statement has been deposed by way of an affidavit filed by Sh. Satyavir Singh Tanwar, Deputy Central Intelligence Office, Bureau of Immigration, Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, in his counter affidavit dated 14.08.2023. 3.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition on the ground that the same has become infructuous.

The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.
