The petitioner and the respondent are present in person. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that parties have since settled their disputes. He submits that out of the total settlement amount of ₹ 5,00,000/-, an amount of ₹1,00,000/- has already been paid and four post-dated cheques bearing nos. 000005, 000006, 000007 & 000009 dated 20.04.2024, 20.06.2024, 20.08.2024 & 20.10.2024 respectively, drawn on Bandhan Bank, for a sum of ₹ 1,00,000/- each, have been handed over to the petitioners in Court today.

The respondent, who is present in person, undertakes that the cheques which are given to the petitioner pursuant to the settlement would be honoured as and when presented. 4.
