The petition was dismissed in default on 26.11.2019 and has been taken up in view of CRL.M.A. 3037/2020 filed on behalf of the petitioners seeking restoration of the petition submitting to the effect that the date of hearing had been erroneously noted down as being 15.01.2020 in place of 26.11.2019. The copy of the dairy of the learned counsel for the petitioners be placed on record with the affidavit of the petitioners before proceeding further. Renotify for 23.04.2020.
