% 30.01.2025 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in terms of the order dated 11.07.2024, since the admission of the petitioner has been regularised in Respondent No.2/School, he has instructions to not to pursue the present petition.

In view of the above, the petition is disposed of, keeping all the questions of law involved in the same open. It is needless to say the petitioner shall be entitled to all the facilities under the Right to Education Act.
