The present petition has been filed by the petitioner praying inter alia for issuing a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents/Civic Authorities to remove encroachment at several places in South Delhi, including Safdarjung Hospital, AIIMS Hospital entry gate, CGO Complex, Lodhi Road, Mini Market, Mehar Chand Market to Double Storey, Lodhi Road, Sarai Kale Khan Ring Road, Andhra Building Wall to Lok Kala Munch, Lodhi Road and Lajpat Nagar Market.

On a perusal of the averments made in writ petition, we find that no W.P.(C) 5441/2019
material particulars have been furnished by the petitioner to indicate as to in which specific area/road/lane/street does there exist, unauthorized encroachment by vendors, for this court to intervene. 3.
At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition, while reserving the right of the petitioner to undertake an exercise in this regard and file a fresh petition with all the material particulars.

Leave as prayed for, is granted. As and when a fresh petition is filed by the petitioner, the same shall be considered in accordance with law. 5.
