This is a writ petition seeking direction to respondent/State to register the criminal case under Sections 420/406/498A/506/34 IPC read with Sections 3 & 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act against respondents No.2 to 4.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for State submits that FIR No. 297/2019, under Sections 498A/406/506/34 IPC has been registered against the respondents and permission is being sought to arrest husband of the complainant.

In view of the above, no further orders are called for in this petition.
