CRL.M.C. 2682/2019 Quashing of FIR No. 330/2017, under Sections 420 of IPC, registered at Police Station Janakpuri, Delhi is sought on merits. Upon notice, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that investigation of this case is still in progress and petitioner is required to join the investigation to tender admitted signatures of his mother. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner would appear before Investigating Officer on 3rd June, 2019 at 4:00 p.m. and will join further investigation as and when required.

Let the investigation of the FIR be expedited and all endeavours be made to file the final report in this FIR within a period of four months from 3rd June, 2019.
