The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondent-MCD to take strict action in respect of unauthorized construction being raised by respondents no.6 to 8, at land bearing Khasra No. 170, situated at Chauhan Patti, Shukra Bazar Road, beside Pappu Hardware, Sabhapur, Shahdara, Delhi - 110094 (hereinafter 'subject property'), and also to remove encroachment on the subject property . 2.

notice, submits that the subject property has been inspected and appropriate action in accordance with law shall be taken forthwith. 3.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of. 4.

In the event, the petitioner has any further grievance with regard to unauthorised construction, he is at liberty to take appropriate remedies in accordance with law.

All rights, contentions and legal remedies of the respondents no.6 to 8 shall remain protected.
