% 17.05.2019 Quashing of FIR No. 295/2016, under Section 307 IPC, registered at police station Mianwali Nagar, Delhi is sought in this petition on the basis of Settlement Deed of 11th April, 2019. Notice.

Mr. M.P.Singh, Additional Public Prosecutor, accepts notice on behalf of respondent No.1-State.

Petitioner's counsel submits that petitioner has a good case on merits. It is brought to the notice of this Court that evidence of the injured has been already recorded.

In such a situation, it is deemed appropriate to relegate petitioner to

urge the pleas on merits before the trial court. This petition and applications are accordingly disposed of while not commenting upon the merits of the case.
