This suit is instituted on behalf of the Plaintiff inter alia seeking a decree of permanent injunction against the Defendant and all others acting on his behalf from manufacturing, exporting, selling, offering for sale, exhibiting, advertising, directly or indirectly dealing with goods being all kinds of namkeen/edibles and other cognate and allied goods with the expression BIKANERI BHUJIA and/or any other identical/deceptively similar word or device or evocation to Plaintiff's Sangh's Geographical Indication 'BIKANERI BHUJIA' under Registration GI No.142 in Class 30, amounting to infringement and passing off.

During the pendency of the suit, parties were referred for mediation before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, where they have amicably settled their inter se disputes and executed a Settlement CS(COMM) 102/2024 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Agreement dated 03.02.2026, incorporating the terms of the settlement. Copy of the Settlement Agreement has been placed on record. 3.

Court has perused the terms of the settlement and finds the same to be lawful.

Accordingly, the suit is decreed in terms of the settlement between the parties, which shall form a part of the decree and terms therein bind the parties thereto.

Registry is directed to draw up the decree sheet. 6.

Suit is disposed of along with the pending application. 7.

Plaintiff is held entitled to refund of entire court fees in accordance with Court Fees Act, 1870.
