The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondent no.1/ MCD to inspect the property bearing no.B-3/64, Janakpuri, New Delhi-110058 (hereinafter 'subject property') and take action in accordance with law.

Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no.1/ MCD, on advance notice, submits that the construction in the subject property is being W.P.(C) 7154/2026 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. carried out pursuant to a sanctioned building plan. She submits that there are some deviations noticed in the ongoing construction and appropriate action in accordance with law shall be taken in respect thereof. She further submits that a show cause notice has been issued on 20th May, 2026 in this regard. 3.

Counsel for the respondent no.3 submits that there is unauthorised construction in property of petitioner as well. 4.

Accordingly, a direction is passed that the respondent no.1/ MCD shall also inspect the property of the petitioner to determine if there is any unauthorized construction thereon, and if there is any unauthorized construction, appropriate action shall be taken in accordance with law. 5.

The writ petition along with the pending applications stands disposed of in terms of the above.

In the event, the petitioner and/or respondent no.3 has any further grievance with regard to unauthorised construction, they are at liberty to take appropriate remedies in accordance with law. 7.

All rights, contentions and legal remedies of the petitioner and the respondent no.3/ owner/ occupier shall remain protected.
