% 15.02:2017 ^ The respondent/DVAT Department states that the refund claims have been approved and that appropriate orders would be made and that amounts will be paid. In all these cases, the respondents shall ensure that refund orders arc made in respect of the pending claim applications within two weeks. In all eases, the amounts together with interest shall be remitted to the petitioners' accounts within 10 days. The writ petitions are disposed of in the above terms. S.
