Petitioner and his son had filed a suit and when such suit was pending, certain orders were passed by the learned Trial Court. 2.

Feeling aggrieved qua some orders, the present petitions have been filed by the plaintiffs (petitioners herein). 3.

However, admittedly, the suit in question as such has already been dismissed by the learned Trial Court on 10.05.2024. 4.

Petitioner No.2 also informs that he has already filed an appeal CM(M) 976/2023 & CM(M) 977/2023 CM(M) 981/2023 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. challenging the abovesaid dismissal and since the main suit as such has been dismissed and since an appeal has been filed, nothing survives in the present petitions.

5.

Needless to say, the issues raised by the petitioners herein can always be agitated by him in the appeal which is pending adjudication before the learned Appellate Court.

6.

In view of the above, the present petitions are disposed of as having become infructuous.

7.

It is, however, clarified that dismissal of the present petitions would not have any adverse effect over the appeal filed by the petitioners.
