% 15.09.2020 This hearing has been held by video conferencing. The learned counsels for the parties, on instructions submit that the documents mentioned at serial Nos.1 to 4 of the list annexed as AnnexureA1 with the index dated 01.09.2020 filed by the petitioner have been duly supplied to the petitioner.

As far as documents mentioned at serial Nos.5 to 9 are concerned, the learned counsel for the respondent submits that the same could not be supplied due to certain administrative difficulty being faced because of the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic. He submits that the same shall be duly supplied to the petitioner in near future.

Binding the respondent to the said statement, it is directed that till such documents are supplied to the petitioner, the respondent shall not

proceed with the consideration of the Show Cause Notice dated 07.02.2020. The petition is disposed of with the above direction. NAVIN CHAWLA, J SEPTEMBER 15, 2020 RN
