After arguing for some time, learned counsel representing the Petitioner, upon realising that no final order has been passed against the Petitioner, prays for permission to withdraw the present writ petition in order to submit reply before the Authorities and file a fresh writ petition if ultimately the Authorities pass any order against the interest of the Petitioner.
