Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the payment of monthly user charges for the month of October, 2024 has been paid by the Petitioner to the Respondent.

1.1 Learned Counsel for the Petitioner further submits that the payment due till 02.12.2024/vacation of the premises will be paid by the Petitioner to the Respondent during the course of the day.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner also submits that the Bailiff has been appointed in the matter by the Executing Court. 3.

Since the Undertaking is now on record, let no coercive steps be taken by the Bailiff until 02.12.2024.

In view of the aforegoing, file be consigned to record. 5.
