Ms Shilpi Sinha, who appears on behalf of the appellant, says that she has instructions to withdraw the appeal.

1.1 The request is not opposed by Mr Jayant K. Mehta, learned senior counsel, who appears on behalf of the respondent no.1. 2.

Mr Mehta, however, says that pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 23.02.2023, a status report has been filed by the office of the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Cyber Crime Police Station, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
