% 18.07.2019 After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in case directions are issued for expeditious disposal of the trial, he would not press his petition at this stage. Keeping in view the fact that only official/formal witnesses are remaining, the Trial Court is directed to expedite the recording of the prosecution evidence and endeavour to conclude the same within a period of six months from the next date before the Trial Court. In view of the above directions, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition. Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid directions.
