Petition under Article 227 of Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking quashing of FIR No. 1368/2016 under Sections 447/427/506/34 IPC at P.S. Aman Vihar on the basis of Settlement dated 02.08.2021.

On the previous date i.e. 21.03.2025, it was submitted that the learned Prosecutor, on instructions from the I.O. that the complainant was not ready to abide by the settlement.

Nothing more survives in the Petition. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
