% 17.05.2019 Quashing of FIR No. 151/2019, under Sections 419/420 of IPC registered at Police Station IGI Airport is sought and in the alternate, direction is sought to respondent to submit Final Report under Section 173 of Cr.P.C. before trial court with expedition. Upon notice, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondentState submits that investigation in the instant case is in progress as petitioner's first Passport was sent to Regional Passport Office (RPO) in the first week of May, 2019 for verification and report. Let obtaining of report be expedite and the final report in this FIR case be filed before trial court within a period of twelve weeks.
