% 02.09.2020 The hearing was conducted through video conferencing.

1. A short affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent no. 2-MMTC Ltd., explaining that the reason for interim stay of transfer of Ms. Payal Jain, is that she has a complex gynaecological condition which is being attended to in Jaipur. A compassionate view has been taken and her transfer has been stayed for 6 months.

2. The petitioner‟s wife too is stated to be in the last trimester of her pregnancy. The expected of delivery is the end of this month or 1st week of October 2020. The case was passed over for the learned counsel for respondent no.2 to obtain instructions. Having done so, he states, upon instructions from Mr. Subhash Bhaskar, General Manager (MMTC), that similar compassionate considerations is being extended to the petitioner

as well and his date for transfer will be extended to 15.12.2020.

3. Mr. Bansal, the learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the said terms are agreeable to the petitioner. The condition of the petitioner‟s mother has been dealt with in the previous order dated 28.08.2020. No other ground is pressed in the writ petition.

4. In view of the above, the writ petition, alongwith pending applications, are disposed-off in terms of the above.
