3. This is petition u/S 27 of Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 for summoning of witnesses as mentioned in para 9 of the petition. It is stated that permission for filing the present petition has been granted by Ld. Arbitrator vide order dated 04.04.2025.

4. Ld. Counsel for respondent has stated that she has no objection to the present petition.

6. Heard. At request, let fresh summons be issued to the witnesses in three trench as mentioned in para 9 of the petition for next dates of hearing before Ld. Arbitrator i.e. 06th, 07th and 08th May, 2025 respectively, on filing of PF alongwith details of date, time and place, within 07 days, through all permissible modes including electronic modes. The necessary details of record, which is to be brought by the witness, be also mentioned on summons to the concerned witness.
