B. Direct Respondents to appoint a presiding officer to the Family Court (North-West District), Rohini Court, Delhi forthwith."

This Court is informed that the process of appointing the Presiding Officer of the Family Court (North-West District), Rohini Court, Delhi is currently underway and the Presiding Officer would be appointed shortly.
