% 05.07.2019 The employment contract of the petitioner with the respondent/University dated 24.11.2015 at Nalanda has been expired on 01.01.2018. The impugned order is also passed at Nalanda, therefore, this Court has no jurisdiction.

The petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
