The present petition has been filed by the petitioner for setting aside the order dated 13.08.2020, passed by the learned DRAT in Appeal No.24/2019 entitled 'SBI v. GEE CEE CORPORATIONS', till the pendency of the outcome of the One-Time Settlement offered by the petitioner to the respondent/bank.

We may note that a final order has not been passed by the DRAT. W.P.(C) 5772/2020
The impugned order records that order has been reserved. Mr. Sudhir Makkar, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the petitioner states, on instructions, that leave be granted to withdraw the present petition while reserving the right of the petitioner to once again approach the DRAT with an appropriate application.

The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn, along with the pending application, and leave is granted to the petitioner, as prayed for. It shall be for the DRAT to decide if any application as proposed to be filed by petitioner, would be entertained after orders have been reserved.
