Vide order dated 12.11.2024, the Hon'ble Court has, inter alia, directed as under:- ".....

Accordingly, the following directions are issued:- ......

The amount of ₹7,50,000/- deposited by the defendant with the Registrar General of this Court, alongwith the interest accrued, if any, shall be released to the plaintiffs..... 18.

The matter is directed to be placed before the Registrar General of this Court for receiving the amount deposited with the Registrar General of this Court, by the plaintiffs, on 25th November, 2025....."

In pursuance to the aforesaid order of the Hon'ble Court, learned counsel for the plaintiffs is present in the court today and submits that the amount of ₹7,50,000/- alongwith the accrued interest may be released to the plaintiffs in terms of the order dated 12.11.2024 passed by the Hon'ble Court. 3.

In view of the submissions made today by the learned counsel for the plaintiffs today in the court and further keeping in mind, the aforesaid order of the Hon'ble Court, Registrar (B&A) is directed to release the amount of ₹7,50,000/- alongwith the accrued interest to the plaintiffs in terms of order dated 12.11.2024 passed by the Hon'ble Court after due verification and receipt.
