This application is filed under Section 151 read with Section 152 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 on behalf of the Appellant seeking rectification of a typographical error in the Order dated 25.04.2025 where it is stated that the review petition has been disposed of.

This Court gave a suggestion to the learned Senior counsel to withdraw this appeal and to approach this Court after the disposal of the review petition with liberty to challenge both the principal order and the order of review, in case the review was against the Appellant.

Learned Senior counsel has accepted the suggestion as given by the Court and seeks to withdraw the present appeal. 4.

Leave and liberty is granted to the Appellant. 5.

Needless to state that the issue of limitation would be considered.
