This is an application for extension of interim bail granted to the applicant vide order dated 05.06.2020. The said bail was extended on 30.07.2020. This application is moved for further extension of interim bail in view of the order dated 24.08.2020 passed by the Full Bench of this Court in W.P.(C) No.3070/2020, wherein the interim order(s)/bail(s) has been extended till 31.10.2020.

In the circumstances, the interim bail of the applicant/ petitioner as granted per order dated 05.06.2020 and extended on 30.07.2020 and 28.08.2020 is further extended till 05.11.2020 on the earlier terms and conditions as contained in previous orders.
