5.1 The order passed by the coordinate bench is dated 26.08.2020. This order was passed in W.P. (C) 5618/2020.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction that the respondents will apply the directions contained in the aforementioned order mutatis mutandis to the petitioner as well.
