This is a suit filed for permanent injunction, restraining disparagement, infringement of trade mark and copyright, misrepresentation, dilution, unfair competition, rendition of accounts, delivery up, damages, etc.

This order is being passed in continuation of the order dated 10.11.2025.

Learned counsel for the defendant states that the defendant has filed an affidavit dated 22.12.2025. He states that the undertaking of the defendant is stated in this affidavit, which may be accepted by the Court and the suit may be decreed in terms of the undertaking recorded in the said affidavit.

This Court has perused the affidavit dated 22.12.2025. The undertaking of the defendant recorded in the affidavit is accepted and the defendant is bound down to the same.

The suit for relief of permanent injunction is decreed in terms of the undertaking recoded in the affidavit.

The remaining reliefs are disposed of as not pressed. 8.

The registry is directed to draw up decree in terms of this order. The affidavit dated 22.12.2025 shall form part of the decree. 9.
