The present writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed by the Petitioner in the nature of Habeas Corpus seeking issuance of directions to the Respondent/State to trace and produce the sister of the Petitioner who is about 19 years of age, and missing since 19.04.2025.

This Court has interacted with the sister of the Petitioner on Video Conferencing. Since the sister of the Petitioner has been produced before the Court, nothing survives in the petition for Habeas Corpus.
