1. There is an order dated 27th January, 2016 passed by the High Court at Hyderabad admitting Company Petition No. 4 of 2015 filed against the Petitioner by the Respondent seeking winding up. Although the said order is under challenge by the Petitioner before the Division Bench of High Court of Hyderabad, there is no stay of the above order.

2. In that view of the matter, the Petitioner will have to seek prior permission of the Court before which Company Petition No. 4/2015 is ARB.P. 97/2017

pending to pursue this petition.

3. The petition is disposed of with liberty to the Petitioner to revive it after obtaining permission from the High Court at Hyderabad before which Company Petition No. 4 of 2015 is pending.
