% 21.05.2026 By way of the present application, the applicant seeks regular bail in connection with FIR No. 384/2025 dated 04.06.2025, registered at P.S. Kalandi Kunj, District South East, Delhi, under Sections 65(1), 74 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, and Sections 4/10 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

After some arguments, Mr. Jitendra Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application unconditionally.

The application, alongwith the pending application, is thus dismissed as withdrawn.
