2. Learned counsel for the Revenue, who appears on advance notice, has handed over to the Court a copy of an email dated 16th May, 2019 written by the Department confirming that the refund claim of the Petitioner determined at Rs.40,92,660/-, including interest under Section 244 A of the Income Tax Act has been processed and it has been sent to the concerned bank on 16th May, 2019 for onwards transmission to the Assessee's bank through ECS.

3. No further directions are called for in the present petition and the same is

accordingly disposed of.

4. In the event that there is any unusual delay in the Petitioner's receiving refund, it will be open to the Petitioner to revive the petition. S. MURALIDHAR, J.
