I am informed by Mr. Vashisht, learned ASC that the petition under Section of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, being O.M.P.(COMM.) 240/2023 has been dismissed on 20.12.2023. 2.

Against the said order neither an appeal nor SLP has been preferred by the judgment-debtor.

For the said reasons, the award has attained finality. 4.

On the last date, this Court had directed the account of the judgmentdebtor to be attached and the entire decretal amount of Rs. 2,92,35,830/- to be remitted in this Court.

Mr. Sharma, who appears in person has handed over a letter of 29.08.2024 to show that the amount has been remitted by the State Bank of India.
