By way of the present petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner assails the chargesheet filed in connection with FIR No. 29/2025 dated 29.01.2025, registered at Crime Branch Police Station under Sections 318(4)/316(2)/61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, as well as the order dated 13.08.2025 passed by the learned Magistrate taking cognisance thereof. 2.

As the order dated 13.08.2025 is amenable to revision before the Sessions Court, Mr. Chirag Madan, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition without prejudice to the petitioner's remedies before the Sessions Court.
