O R D E R

% 28.08.2020 The hearing was conducted through video conferencing.

1. Issue notice. The learned counsel named above accept notice on behalf of the respondents.

2. The petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on part of the Corporation apropos unauthorized construction in property no. D-37, Indra Enclave, Neb Sarai, New Delhi- 110068. The petitioner is the immediate neighbour.

3. Ms. Garima Prashad, the learned Standing Counsel for the Corporation, submits said unauthorized construction was in the shape of putting up of a couple of rooms, for which work stop notice has been issued, construction at the site has been stopped, the SHO of the area has been duly intimated and requested to be vigilant in the

matter.

4. The learned counsel for the Delhi Police submits that due assistance will be provided to the Corporation, as per request.

5. Since the authorities have been prompted into action, no further orders are required. The petitioner shall be kept updated regarding further developments in the matter.

6. The petition, along with the pending application, is disposed-off in the above terms.
