% 27.01.2017 The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers:- "(a) issue an appropriate writ(s)/direction(s) or order(s) directing the NCTE for disposal of the Appeal No.APPL3471 dated 22.11.2016 in a time bound manner as contained in Annexure P-1, and /or; (b) issue an appropriate writ(s)/direction(s) or order(s) directing the NCTE for disposal of the Appeal No.APPL3471 in its next meeting to be held on 29-30.01.2017.
(c) pass any such other orders/directions as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case." Ms.Monika Arora, Standing counsel appears for the respondents 1 and 2 on advance notice and on instructions state that the appeal of the
petitioner shall be considered in the ensuing meeting of the Appellate Committee to be held on 29th - 30th January, 2017 and the decision as taken by the Committee with regard to the petitioner shall be uploaded on the website within one week thereafter. The statement is taken on record. In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondents, the learned counsel for the petitioner, wishes to withdraw the petition.
