The hearing has been conducted through Video Conferencing. 2.

This is an application for extension of interim bail granted to the applicant vide order dated 30.06.2020 and extended vide order dated 09.07.2020. The applicant was to surrender on 24.07.2020 and his plea was that he went to surrender before the jail authorities but they refused to take him inside citing the order passed in W.P.(C)3037/2020 wherein the interim bail(s) of the accused persons have been extended till 31.10.2020. A report was called from the jail authorities but the same has not come as yet. 3.

Nevertheless, admittedly the interim bail(s) of the accused person(s) have been extended till 31.10.2020 per order dated 24.08.2020 passed in W.P.(C)3037/2020 by the Full Bench of this Court. 4.

In the circumstances, the interim bail of the applicant/ petitioner as granted per order dated 30.06.2020 and extended on 09.07.2020 is further extended till 06.11.2020 on the earlier terms and conditions as contained in previous orders. The application/petition stands disposed of in above terms. 5.
