Learned counsel for the petitioner states that after filing of the present writ petitions, the petitioner had applied under Direct Tax Vivaad Se Vishwaas Scheme. He further states that Form-5 has already been issued and the amount of tax liability has been deposited. Keeping in view the aforesaid, present writ petitions and applications are disposed of as satisfied.
