The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking to withdraw the present contempt petition. 2.

It is submitted that the dispute which the petitioner had earlier with her son, stands resolved. Thus, it is submitted that the petitioner does not wish to pursue the present petition any further. 3.

Considering the submissions made in the present application, the present application is allowed.

In view thereof, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn, along with all the pending applications.
